CloudXFit provides cloud-based gym management software that includes:

  • Member management and tracking
  • Payment processing and subscription management
  • Automated WhatsApp reminders and notifications
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Multi-branch support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use CloudXFit. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

CloudXFit offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. You can view current plans on our website.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. Your payment method will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
  • No refunds for partial months or unused time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for spam or harassment
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You own your data, and we will not sell it to third parties. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Data loss (you are responsible for backups)
  • Third-party service failures

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudXFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
