Create Your Account

Welcome to CloudXFit! This guide will walk you through account creation step-by-step.

Overview

Time Required: 3-5 minutes What You Need: Valid email address or Google account Cost: Free 14-day trial (no credit card required)

Step 1: Visit CloudXFit Website

  1. Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
  2. Go to https://cloudxfit.com
  3. You'll see the homepage with a prominent "Start Free Trial" button

💡 Tip: Bookmark this page for easy access later!

Step 2: Choose Your Signup Method

You have TWO options:

Option A: Email & Password (Recommended for Custom Accounts)

Steps:

  1. Click "Start Free Trial" button
  2. Click "Sign up with Email"
  3. Enter your email address (work email preferred)
  4. Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, include numbers and special characters)
  5. Re-enter password to confirm
  6. Click "Create Account"

Password Requirements:

  • ✅ At least 8 characters long
  • ✅ Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • ✅ Include at least one number
  • ✅ Include at least one special character (@, #, $, etc.)

Example Strong Password: GymOwner@2025

Option B: Google Sign-In (Fastest Method)

Steps:

  1. Click "Start Free Trial" button
  2. Click "Continue with Google"
  3. Select your Google account from the list
  4. Grant necessary permissions
  5. Done! Account created instantly

💡 Tip: Google Sign-In is the fastest option - no need to remember another password!

Step 3: Verify Your Email

If You Used Email & Password:

  1. Check your email inbox (the email you used during signup)
  2. Look for an email from CloudXFit with subject "Verify Your Email"
  3. Open the email
  4. Click the "Verify Email" button or link
  5. You'll be redirected to CloudXFit automatically

Didn't Receive the Email?

Wait 2-3 minutes - Email might take a moment to arrive

Check These Places:

  • ✉️ Spam/Junk folder
  • ✉️ Promotions tab (in Gmail)
  • ✉️ Updates tab (in Gmail)

Still Not There?

  1. Click "Resend Verification Email" on the login page
  2. Wait another 2-3 minutes
  3. If still not received, contact support@cloudxfit.com

⚠️ Important: You cannot login until email is verified!

Step 4: Complete Onboarding (Gym Setup)

After email verification, you'll be taken to the onboarding page. Fill in your gym details:

A. Gym Name

What to enter: Your gym or fitness center's official name

Examples:

  • ✅ Good: "FitZone Gym & Spa"
  • ✅ Good: "PowerHouse Fitness Center"
  • ❌ Bad: "my gym" (use proper capitalization)

💡 Important: This name appears in all member communications, invoices, and WhatsApp messages!

B. Owner Name

What to enter: Your full name (gym owner/manager)

Examples:

  • ✅ Good: "Rajesh Kumar"
  • ✅ Good: "Priya Sharma"
  • ❌ Bad: "Raj" (use full name)

C. Mobile Number

What to enter: Your contact number WITH country code

Format: +[country code][number]

Indian Example: +919876543210

  • Start with +91 (India country code)
  • Followed by your 10-digit mobile number
  • No spaces, no dashes, no brackets

Other Countries:

  • USA: +1XXXXXXXXXX
  • UK: +44XXXXXXXXXX
  • UAE: +971XXXXXXXXX

⚠️ Critical: This number receives WhatsApp notifications and alerts!

D. Location

What to enter: City and State/Province

Examples:

  • ✅ "Mumbai, Maharashtra"
  • ✅ "Bangalore, Karnataka"
  • ✅ "Delhi NCR"

E. Complete Setup Button

After filling all fields:

  1. Review all information for accuracy
  2. Click "Complete Setup" button
  3. Wait for processing (2-3 seconds)

Step 5: Welcome to Your Dashboard!

🎉 Congratulations! You've successfully created your CloudXFit account!

What Happens Next:

✅ 14-Day Free Trial Activated

  • All premium features unlocked
  • No credit card required
  • Full access to everything

✅ Dashboard Loaded

  • You'll see your main control panel
  • All statistics start at zero (normal for new account)
  • Quick action buttons ready to use

✅ Ready to Add Members

  • Start adding your gym members immediately
  • All features are fully functional

Quick Next Steps

After creating your account, we recommend:

  1. Add Your First Member (5 minutes)

  2. Create Membership Plans (3 minutes)

    • Go to Settings → Plans
    • Set up monthly, quarterly, yearly plans
    • See our Plans Setup Guide

  3. Configure WhatsApp/SMS (10 minutes)

  4. Explore Analytics (2 minutes)

    • Click "Analytics" in sidebar
    • See revenue projections and growth charts

Troubleshooting

Problem: "Email Already Exists"

Solution: This email is already registered. Try:

  1. Use "Forgot Password" to reset password
  2. Try signing in with Google if you used that method before
  3. Use a different email address

Problem: "Password Too Weak"

Solution: Create a stronger password:

  • Use mix of uppercase + lowercase letters
  • Add numbers (0-9)
  • Include special characters (@, #, $, !, etc.)
  • Make it at least 8 characters long

Problem: "Mobile Number Invalid"

Solution: Check format:

  • Must start with + (plus sign)
  • Include country code
  • No spaces or special characters
  • Example: +919876543210

Security Tips

🔒 Protect Your Account:

  1. Use Strong Password

    • Never use simple passwords like "12345678" or "password"
    • Don't use your name or gym name as password

  2. Don't Share Credentials

    • Keep your login details private
    • Don't share with staff unless necessary
    • Use staff accounts for team members (coming soon)

  3. Log Out on Shared Computers

    • Always log out when using public computers
    • Use "Remember Me" only on personal devices

  4. Regular Password Changes

    • Change password every 3-6 months
    • Update password if you suspect security breach
