This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how CloudXFit handles subscription cancellations and refund requests. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our dealings.
2. Free Trial Period
2.1 Trial Duration
New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial period. During this time, you can explore all features at no cost.
2.2 Trial Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period
- No charges will be applied if cancelled before trial ends
- After trial ends, your selected subscription plan will be activated automatically
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account dashboard
- Navigating to Settings → Subscription
- Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
- Or by contacting our support team at support@cloudxfit.com
3.2 Cancellation Effect
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to all features until the billing period ends
- No partial refunds for unused time in the current period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
4. Refund Policy
4.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions:
- Applies only to first-time paid subscribers
- Must be requested within 7 days of initial payment
- Full refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5-10 business days
4.2 Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period
- You can cancel anytime but no prorated refunds
- Service continues until end of billing month
4.3 Annual Subscriptions
- 7-day money-back guarantee applies
- After 7 days, refunds are not provided
- You can cancel anytime but service continues until year end
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside the standard policy may be considered in exceptional cases:
- Technical issues preventing service use (must be reported immediately)
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Setup fees (if applicable)
- Custom development or integration work
- Third-party service fees (Razorpay, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Add-on features purchased separately
7. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank/card issuer:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- Access to all data will be revoked
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action
- Contact us first to resolve any billing issues
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@cloudxfit.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and reason for refund
- Provide transaction details (date, amount, transaction ID)
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
9. Account Deletion
After cancellation and refund:
- Your data is retained for 30 days
- You can reactivate within 30 days without data loss
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
- You can request immediate deletion by contacting support
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
