This policy details how subscriptions, billing, and plan management work on the CloudXFit platform.

1. Subscription Tiers

We offer various plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) tailored to different gym sizes. Each plan comes with specific features and limits as detailed on our Pricing page.

2. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. Your billing cycle begins on the day you subscribe.

3. Upgrades and Downgrades

You can upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are processed immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

4. Automatic Renewal

By default, subscriptions renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted service. You can disable auto-renewal in your dashboard settings.

5. Late Payments

If a payment fails, we provide a 7-day grace period. Failure to settle the balance within this period may result in temporary suspension of service.
